La Via del Gesso comes from a rigorous approach in which every choice aims at purity and precision. Organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar allow an authentic expression of the wine. Bottle fermentation and ageing on the lees shape an elegant, deep profile, without compromise.

Tasting notes

The nose is subtle, with hints of citrus, white flowers and a mineral trace that recalls the matrix of the land. The perlage is fine and persistent. The palate is vertical and dry, with a tension that carries its length. An essential Brut Nature, in which every detail is reduced to what is indispensable.
