La Via del Gesso emerges from soils where the mineral composition sets an unambiguous direction for the wine. Organic viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar allow for an expression that is direct and legible, nothing imposed, nothing concealed.

The profile is refined and precise: white flowers, citrus, and an elegant mineral thread that runs through every element. On the palate, the wine is linear and taut, closing with a saline persistence that returns, faithfully, to the coherence of the place it comes from.

An essential white wine, in which balance and identity are one and the same.
