La Via del Gesso is the product of an uncompromising rigour, where every decision is made in service of purity and precision. Organic viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar allow the wine to speak without interference. Bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing define a profile of quiet depth and elegance: nothing added, nothing softened.

The nose is delicate and composed: citrus, white flowers, and a mineral trace that leads back, unmistakably, to the gypsum soils from which it comes. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the palate, the wine is vertical and bone-dry, with a tension that sustains its length and sharpens its identity.

An essential Brut Nature, in which every detail has been reduced to the indispensable.
