A Chardonnay that interprets the land by subtraction, not addition.
La Via del Gesso is born from soils whose mineral component gives the wine a precise direction. Organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar allow a direct, legible expression.
Tasting notes
The nose is fine, with white flowers, citrus and an elegant mineral texture. The palate is linear and taut, with a savoury finish that reflects the coherence of the place. An essential white in which balance and identity coincide.
